I have struggled my entire life with steady income. There has been very few times, that I worked one job only, or that any one job was a high income producing job. I had moments, but I always went back to scratching my head wondering why my bank account never reached that mark I was looking for.

The short answer is, it was me. The long answer is in many of my programs and messaging. There was a moment in 2021 when I realized that it was me. I had been working two full time professional jobs in Sales/Business Development. I ended up bringing in a huge account at one that made me a very large commission. But along the way there were a few hiccups that ended up with the commission going away. Forty Thousand Dollars. Gone. It was a very low moment for me.

I had done everything right. It was stolen from me in a manner that had nothing to do with how I did my job. But nonetheless it still happened. So what was I doing that kept making big opportunities disappear? It took a lot of soul searching, tears and anger, but I figured out that who I innately was, was blocking me from hitting the goals I truly desired.

There is a lot of work that went into changing my core beliefs about how I approached sales, what I thought about sales people in general, and most importantly, what I thought of myself and what I was capable of. Once I fixed that, the tides started to change from negative numbers in my bank account, to exceeding even my own expectations! This is why I always say keep going. I promise you if you do, there will be massive rewards
